Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PrismSuite, including its websites, content-creation tools, publishing workflows, integrations, automation features, and related services. By using PrismSuite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You may use PrismSuite only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and your use complies with applicable law and the rules of any connected third-party platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or connect to PrismSuite. You grant PrismSuite a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, and publish that content only as reasonably necessary to provide features you request, operate the service, maintain security, and support your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit or publish, including text, images, video, music, trademarks, personal information, and third-party materials.
4. Connected platforms and publishing
PrismSuite can connect to third-party services such as social networks, content-management systems, and other publishing platforms. When you connect an account, you authorize PrismSuite to use the permissions you approve for the actions you request.
You remain responsible for content published to your connected accounts and for complying with each platform's terms, policies, community guidelines, advertising rules, disclosure requirements, and intellectual-property rules. Third-party services may change, restrict, delay, reject, remove, or suspend content independently of PrismSuite.
PrismSuite uses YouTube API Services for YouTube-connected features. By using PrismSuite's YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. AI-assisted features
PrismSuite may use artificial-intelligence models and service providers to generate, analyze, translate, summarize, classify, or review content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PrismSuite to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; distribute malware; evade platform safeguards; impersonate others deceptively; engage in spam or abusive automation; or publish content you do not have the right to use. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to extract credentials, secrets, or private data belonging to another user.
7. Plans, usage, and payments
Some features may be free, usage-based, subscription-based, or subject to limits. Pricing, included usage, and billing terms shown at purchase or in the product form part of these terms. Taxes, provider charges, or third-party fees may apply where disclosed.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a third-party integration will remain available. Scheduled publishing and other automated actions can be affected by provider outages, API changes, account permissions, moderation, network failures, or other conditions outside PrismSuite's control.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PrismSuite at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance, including for material violations of these terms or abuse of connected-platform permissions.
10. Disclaimers
PrismSuite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismSuite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service or a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how PrismSuite collects, uses, and protects information.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the support channels made available in PrismSuite or through our website at prismsuite.io.
